Firethorne reached an all-time high of 368 new home sales in 2014, bringing the Katy/Fulshear community two-thirds of the way to its build-out.  Project-to-date, Firethorne has sold 2,359 new homes and closed on 2,258. When completed, the 1,400-acre master-planned community will feature 3,400 homes, with 150 acres devoted to parks and recreational amenities.

According to Meyer, Realtors and relocation specialists accounted for 83.2 percent of Firethorne’s new home sales in 2014.

Firethorne recently opened six new sections and will open a new Model Home Park for its 70-foot lots in Spring 2015 showcasing homes by Ashton Woods Homes, Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes and Ravenna Homes.
